CCTC: ceramics expertise from China since 1970
CCTC was founded in 1970 in Chaozhou in southern China and has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2014. The company specialises in technical ceramics and has been manufacturing ceramic chip capacitors since 2000. What sets CCTC apart is that it approaches MLCC from the material up: ceramic powders, electrode materials and a large share of its production equipment are developed in-house. Six R&D institutes with more than 1,000 people are dedicated to advancing MLCC technology alone. One plant was built specifically for automotive-grade production, and manufacturing is certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, among others.

With CCTC, we are deliberately expanding our range of multilayer ceramic capacitors. For you, this means more case sizes, capacitance values and voltage classes from a single source – from standard applications in industrial electronics to qualified components for vehicles. CCTC's high production capacity also contributes to a stable supply for long-term projects.

CCTC's MLCC range covers a broad spectrum of applications – from industrial and telecommunications to automotive electronics:
• General-purpose MLCC in all common dielectrics, from the smallest case sizes up to 2220 and from 0.1 pF to 100 µF
• High-voltage capacitors up to 2 kV for demanding industrial and automotive applications
• Soft-termination and high-strength series for mechanically stressed circuit boards
• AEC-Q200 qualified automotive series with PPAP level 3, including types for safety-related applications and a series compliant with VW 80808
• Special types such as high-Q MLCC for RF applications and stacked MLCC in a metal frame
