CCTC (Chaozhou Three-Circle Group Co., Ltd.) is a manufacturer of technical ceramics founded in 1970, listed on the stock exchange since 2014 and headquartered in Chaozhou, China. The company has developed and produced multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) since 2000 and today ranks among the largest MLCC manufacturers in China by output. Production is vertically integrated: barium titanate powder, dielectric material and a large share of the production equipment are developed in-house, supported by six R&D institutes with more than 1,000 people dedicated to MLCC alone. CCTC is certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; the Deyang plant was built specifically for automotive grade.
The SMD-only portfolio ranges from 0.1 pF to 100 µF at rated voltages up to 2 kV in case sizes 01005 to 2220 and covers the dielectrics C0G, X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S and X7T as well as the proprietary Class 1 material M3L. In addition to general-purpose series, CCTC offers high-strength sandwich types (S/N series), soft-termination series with a silver- or copper-epoxy layer (F/C series), high-Q types for RF applications and stacked Z series in a metal frame. For automotive applications, AEC-Q200 qualified series with PPAP level 3 are available – from the standard M series through the EM series for safety-related applications to the VW 80808 compliant VM series.
